Silkscreen Print on Wood
The anchor, Welzie sums it up with: "On the 4th of July we lost our anchor while sailing up at Turtle Bay and running aground on the shallow reef in the dark. That was scary. In the Maldives while working as a surf tour operator, the anchor was a major part of everyday life. Anchor rope climbs were a part of our daily ritual of Pirate training. I love the anchor."
Hand Made In Hawaii
We create each silkscreen wooden print with the highest quality acrylic paint allowing us to achieve the brightest colors created and mixed by Welzie himself. These wooden gems are Hand silkscreened in our Two Crows Hawaii Workshop using traditional silkscreen techniques. No two pieces are a like making them truly unique. We do small runs of each design and generally have a blue, pink or purple background.
